CWJC Circles Event
Brenda and I have co-chaired the Circles Luncheon for the last two years. She is super organized, highly motivated and “spot on” in her approach to marketing. Brenda and SweetWater Marketing have done a great job telling the story of the Christian Women’s Job Corp!

The Challenge
As a non-profit organization, CWJC relies heavily on donations to keep their programs up and running. They have one big, yearly fundraiser to bring major donors together to see the good that CWJC is doing for the women in our community, and to celebrate them as well. Promoting this event is critical to the success of their programs.
The Solution
Because it was the 20 year anniversary of CWJC, a strategic email campaign and donation campaign needed to be created, along with an anniversary logo and special communication pieces. Also, a very special speaker would need to present at the luncheon.

The Execution
SweetWater supported the Circles Event by bringing in renowned author and speaker, Ellen Miller. We also designed and created the marketing materials, including the anniversary logo, board and donor communications and blog posts. Email campaigns were created to promote this special anniversary, along with emails sharing the different ways donors’ money had impacted the women in the program. SweetWater also came up with the $20 for 20 Years donation campaign to raise even more money for the CWJC.
